Ad Roundup: Solutions for ecomm, social
In today's advertising roundup, a data partnership, a social ad solution and a new ecommerce payment option.
First, Taptica has launched a social ad solution for Instagram users. The tool offers brands access to all ad types within the social network including video and carousels.
"By working with Taptica, advertisers will be better equipped to reach their most relevant users and maximize their lifetime value by leveraging our platform's integration with Facebook and Instagram," said Hagai Tal, CEO of Taptica. "Coupled with the insights we can provide thanks to our proven Big Data experience in mobile and video, we look forward to assisting the industry as it continues to increase the level of social media advertising."
And the Groovv Terminal One platform has been released by Total Merchant Services. The new platform is a mobile payment option geared to small businesses, and is available in the Apple store. The payment solution offers both EMV chip and magnetic stripe card options as well as contactless payment options.
"There are so many barriers for an SMB to get EMV ready. With Groovv Terminal One, we remove those barriers by offering merchants a smart terminal that's easy to use, flexible and affordable, and allows them to offer their customers the security and convenience of Apple Pay as well as other mobile payment services," said Joe Kaplan, CEO of Total Merchant Services.
Meanwhile MindShare APAC has tapped Jivox to be their personalized ad platform for their FAST Hub offering.
