Madison Logic Integrates Journey Acceleration

Social media continue to be a key tool in marketers arsenals, and a new integration may simplify how some brands target within the social space of LinkedIn. Madison Logic is integrating LinkedIn Audiences from the Journey Acceleration release. This should allow marketers to better target ads within LinkedIn as they will be able to share account insights to their LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

“Today’s buying environment requires enterprise marketers to engage the buying committee as they research solutions across the entire web, including LinkedIn as the dominant B2B social network,” said Tom O’Regan, CEO of Madison Logic. “By leveraging ML Insights to prioritize and engage accounts globally across multiple channels, marketers can now seamlessly orchestrate a unified multi-channel strategy to accelerate the sales cycle from within the ML Platform.”

B2B Marketers Can Simplify Account Experiences

As in B2C marketing, B2B marketers have to find a balance between the online and offline experience. The new integration should help to create a cohesive experience across the online and offline spaces by offering optimized account insights, pipeline insights, and cross-channel integrations. These upgraded capabilities should help marketers offer a better customer experience across the buyer journey, from start to finish.

Meanwhile, a new release out from TIBCO, the WebFOCUS 9.0.0 is set up to help B2C marketers offer a more humanized customer experience. The new release offers personalized user experiences by leveraging analytics from across the enterprise.

“Valuable data and AI/ML algorithms flow through absolutely every corner of an organization. The use of visual discovery and improved data management enables users and developers to turn that raw data into truly meaningful insights,” said Mark Palmer, senior vice president, engineering, TIBCO. “This game-changing release of TIBCO WebFOCUS supports a containerized, cloud-native deployment, which includes dynamic auto-scaling to drive overall infrastructure and cloud costs down, allowing customers to pay only for what they use.”

B2C User Experience Upgraded

The new capabilities offer a responsive user experience while utilizes content and data from across devices through a singular workspace; this simplifies data access making it easier for teams to understand their customers. This data can be mapped, allowing for geolocation data and analysis along with other consumer data.
