AI and Future of SME’s
The way small businesses operate is being revolutionised by artificial intelligence (AI). Most of us are now persuaded of the immense potential of artificial intelligence. Many of the tools we use every day to perform our professions have AI built in. But sometimes we are unaware of it.
Artificial intelligence (AI), a technology that can do complicated tasks traditionally requiring human intelligence, such as speech recognition, decision-making, and content production, has emerged as a game-changing innovation.
According to the 2022 MIT Sloan Management Review-BCG AI and Business Strategy report, while 66% of survey participants claimed their workplaces used AI only occasionally or not at all, 43% admitted utilising AI-enhanced products on a regular basis or occasionally when asked. When users find value in AI-enabled technologies, their organisations gain as well since employees are more productive and profits are increased.
Using AI to Revolutionalise Small Business
Small businesses can implement personalised marketing by utilising potent AI tools that allow companies to create customer segments and send targeted marketing messages, such as email campaigns, social media advertisements, and other targeted content that speaks directly to each customer’s particular needs and interests.
With the help of chatbots, for example, small businesses may offer swift and smooth customer care, cutting down on wait times and staffing expenses. AI is quickly becoming a potent tool for customer service. Businesses may improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating AI for customer service, which will also propel corporate growth.
SUMMARY
Adopting AI technology can be quite beneficial for small enterprises. Businesses may provide customers with quicker and more effective service by utilising chatbots and customer service automation. Personalised marketing initiatives powered by AI have the potential to improve consumer relationships and boost brand loyalty. The process of creating content can also be streamlined with AI-powered solutions, which can save organisations time and money.
