Ad Roundup: Tool offer improved analytics

In today's advertising roundup, three new offerings which will put brands in touch with improved customer analytics.

DialogTech has launched Dialog Analytics, a tool which not only helps brands better understand their customers, but helps them create marketing strategies. Through Dialog Analytics, brands can group calls according to customized categories, use call data to optimize their marketing strategy, and optimize the customer journey over the phone.

"Our goal is to simplify the apartment search for consumers while driving quality leads to advertisers. We use DialogTech to automatically categorize our call conversions into the categories that matter most to RentPath, our clients and our consumers," said Rob Sternot, Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer of RentPath. "Thanks to DialogTech we know how to optimize marketing to deliver the highest quality leads."

And Linkedin has released three updates to the Sales Navigator tool. The updates include CRM Sync, which allows brands to only import relevant leads from SalesForce CRM, a GMail extension for Sales Navigator, and discovery features for Sales Navigator Mobile.

Meanwhile, TouchCommerce has released TouchAssist. The new tool is a combination of virtual assistant while also offering live customer interactions through digital channels like chat boxes.
