Ad Roundup: Data center of new releases

In today's advertising roundup, three new releases that put the focus on data.

First, Acxiom has launched the Acxiom Marketing Analytics Environment, a tools set which unifies both online and offline data and is said to increase customers' privacy by anonymizing data.

"Clients can bring together online and offline information with unprecedented accuracy and consistency to continually optimize their marketing--and do so with the highest confidence that they're protecting the consumer's privacy," said Dennis Self, president and general manager of Acxiom's Marketing Services Division. "Acxiom Marketing Analytics Environment accelerates speed to insight by eliminating common obstacles faced by marketers due to disparate data sources, media fragmentation, consumer privacy concerns and scarcity of skilled resources."

And SugarCRM has released Sugar7.7, an update to their CRM platform, which includes custom tags, optimized search, and an enhanced knowledge base.

"The pace of business today requires individuals to be able to access accurate information about their customers exactly when they need it," said Rich Green, chief product officer at SugarCRMM. "New features, including tagging to organize data within a common theme and global search powered by scalable query engines, will help Sugar 7.7 users be more productive, and in turn provide their customers with a superior experience."

Meanwhile, Lotame has partnered with Infogroup Media Solutions for the Audience Xchange powered by Lotame platform. The new offering gives brands the ability to share and monetize vertical-based audiences.

"We are excited to offer marketers access to never-before-seen audience segments that will lead to more precise targeting across advertising channels," said Andy Monfried, Lotame CEO. "The ability to reach these niche targets will drive more meaningful results and truly deliver on the promise of data-driven, programmatic advertising."
