First, PowerInbox has launched an auto-play feature for email marketers. The new release allows brands to optimize muted autoplay videos within email messaging. The solution can be deployed as a dynamic element in either DynamicMail or RevenueStripe from PowerInbox.

“Facebook and now Twitter, along with leading publishers are seeing success with autoplay video ads and now we’re excited to bring the same technology and functionality inside email,” said Jeff Kupietzky, CEO, PowerInbox. “Based on the major differences we see in video vs. static images with no change in email unsubscribes as reported by our clients, autoplay videos have received broad consumer approval and generated significant revenue for our clients.”

Meanwhile, Fiksu has launched the self-serve Mobile Audience Platform. The new offering gives mobile brands access to actionable data as well as audience segmentation tools; it can be used by both agencies and brands.

And Fluent has partnered with LiveRamp to extend the reach of their first-party data. Through the partnership, Fluent’s AudienceNow for LiveRamp will allow marketers to build targeted audiences in real time; according to company data pilot campaigns have shown CTRs 123% higher than average.
