First, vCita has launched a mobile hub for small businesses. The vCita Mobile platform is a client engagement and CRM app for service professional – like accountants or doctors or coaches – to help them better service those clients.

“Having a Mobile CRM to manage all my communication and scheduling with real-estate agents is key to my success,” said DJ Paris, President of Marketing at Kale Realty in Chicago. “With the new vCita Mobile I get a notification for every newly scheduled phone call or meeting, even after hours, and can quickly respond, reschedule, or assign the meeting to someone else right from my smartphone.”

Meanwhile myDevices has launched a new IoT Platform-as-a-Service tool. Through the platform brands can collect data, analysis and use engagement tools on the backend while the front-end is geared as a customer portal.

“Companies want to take advantage of IoT, but they don’t necessarily know how to do it,” said Kevin Bromber, CEO of myDevices. “They could build their own solution from the ground up, but the time and expense involved with such an undertaking are, of course, incredible, and it takes businesses away from their core operations. That is why we created this platform. We make it incredibly easy for businesses to come on board – and succeed – in the Internet of Things.”

And StartApp has launched a rewards program for publishers. The program allows mobile publishers to earn rewards for the dollars they earn in the StartApp network. Like customer-centric programs, the rewards can be turned in for prizes or priority service.

“We are thrilled to be first-movers in the mobile-ad industry, offering our clients access to benefits and prizes as a way to thank them for their continued loyalty,” said Itay Rokni, CRO of StartApp. “It is important for us to live up to the strides we have taken to become the partner of choice for app publishers and this program is a meaningful way to give back to them.”
