First, Corporate Visions has launched an application set up to help brands create better, more focused messaging. Called Messaging Manager, the application allows businesses to take some of Corporate Visions internal tools into their business to streamline content creation.

“Over the last 10 years, we’ve conducted more than 2,000 messaging development engagements using this model. Based on this success, many of the companies we work with have been asking to adopt our process internally so they can turn it into a corporate discipline – not just a consulting engagement,” said Tim Riesterer, chief strategy and marketing officer for Corporate Visions. “In response, we’ve created a messaging training and certification course that, along with a new Web application, gives content marketers the skills and tools to be self-sufficient.”

Meanwhile, Constant Contact has upgraded their contact management and file storing services to allow marketers to better see which ad tactics are working best. This will enable the business to focus on areas that will increase their returns or offer insight into how to tweak some advertising options.

“With these upgrades, our customers can better keep track of their contacts and engage in deeper relationship building than ever before,” said Ken Surdan, senior vice president of product at Constant Contact. “We are committed to providing our customers with the most innovative and powerful marketing solutions available, equipping them with the necessary tools to become the best marketers they can be.”

Finally, Engagor’s new Personalized Mailboxes and Smart Folders give marketing teams simplified views into the social space. Using the tools, marketing teams or departments can monitor and engage through the social space according to their team goals.

“Social engagement is key for our customers, which is why Engagor continues to build on its platform and add features that create an efficient workflow, so brands and enterprises can respond and interact quicker with their audiences,” said Folke Lemaitre, CEO of Engagor. “Personalized Mailboxes and Smart Folders are just as simple as working in your email inbox, and the customizations are endless.”
