A trio of new tools and partnerships may help brands better engage with video to worldwide consumer bases. Here's how:

First up, Broadcast Interactive Media and Channel Master are partnering for Antenna Choice, a tool set up to allow consumers more control over their over-the-air television experience. Antenna Choice puts the customer in control, pulling available free, over-the-air television to the viewer. BIM will power the tool for Channel Master.

"Antenna Choice was developed to address the thousands of inquiries we receive from consumers asking, 'Which antenna do I need and what channels will I get?', says Joe Bingochea, Director of Product Management at Channel Master. "With the help of BIM technology, this easy-to-use and intuitive tool will greatly help consumers new to over the air antennas select the best antenna for their location. The selection process is simple for anyone who does not have the technical know-how to select an antenna on their own."

Meanwhile blurbIQ and SourceKnowledge are partnering to provide interactive video ads for Canadian viewers. blurbIQ will power the creative aspects of video campaigns while SourceKnowledge will sell the interactive units.

"As brands increase their video ad presence online, they will want to measure the impact of their messages on audiences in increasingly sophisticated ways. blurbIQ does just this, in fun and compelling ways . Users enjoy and interact with the brands, and the ads ultimately deliver amazingly detailed metrics that advertisers need to accurately measure their ROI," says Patrick Hopf, CEO and Co-Founder of SourceKnowledge.

Finally, Telestream has tapped Avangate, using the hub's SkyCommerce across their platform. Telestream provides live and on-demand video tools for businesses around the world

"As our business continues to expand rapidly around the world, our ability to scale and optimize every facet, including the commerce side, has been a key strategic focus of Telestream. In creating a unified commerce environment with Avangate's SkyCommerce, enterprise and consumer customers are supported the way they want to be and internal operations have become much smoother," said Barbara DeHart, VP of Marketing, Telestream. "With Avangate, we have a strategic partner that not only optimizes our current business but will foster and support our growth."
