linkdex.pngThe Linkdex SEO tool gives businesses or SEO professionals to ability to measure and track search campaigns from a single, scalable platform.

“Our goal from the start was to create an application to help millions of businesses get ahead in SEO, attract and give them control of where their business appears on Google and Bing as well local search engines. Our application is designed and beta-tested by both businesses and agencies to make SEO more efficient, manageable, and cost-effectiv,” said John Straw, Linkdex CEO.

It is integrated with Google Analytics and mines the Google API to help businesses create better keyword campaigns. It also tracks a website’s ranking for specific keywords and shows how different pages of a site are performing so that changes to content, keywords and other information can be changed.

“One of the hardest things for a small company or agency to manage in the SEO process is an ongoing list of prioritized tasks to improve search rankings, whether that’s link building, improving site optimization, or submitting updated information to search engines,” said Eric Enge, president of Stone Temple Consulting, and SEO expert and author.

comScore is reporting that in December 2010 consumers queried more than 16.4 billion ‘explicit core searches’ with Google accounting for 66%. Yahoo and Bing were close behind with 16% and 12% respectively, however Hitwise research shows that Yahoo’s and Bing’s query results were acted upon more often than Google’s results.
