CRMC 2008 – Customer Relationship Management Conference

Now in its 14th year, the Annual CRMC attracts more retailers than any event of its kind. Over 400 executives representing 100+ retail chains, attend what is today known as the premier event for Retail CRM and Marketing professionals. Today’s most well-known and innovative vendors sponsor the CRMC.

2008 presentations include case studies from AT&T, Best Buy, Aeroplan, Macy’s, National Vision, PetSmart and Regis Salons. Many more case studies will be added soon.
