CRMC 2008 - Customer Relationship Management Conference Now in its 14th year, the Annual CRMC attracts more retailers than any event of its kind. Over 400 executives representing 100+ retail chains, attend what is today known as the premier event for Retail CRM and Marketing professionals. Today's most well-known and innovative vendors sponsor the CRMC. 2008 presentations include case studies from AT&T, Best Buy, Aeroplan, Macy's, National Vision, PetSmart and Regis Salons. Many more case studies will be added soon. Consumer and business trends experts Yankelovich and Forrester will also be presenting, along with Larry Weber, author of "Marketing to the Social Web."
