Inbox Overload hurting email strategy

Despite the fact that several studies have consumers reporting email their "preferred communication" form for retailers and merchants, they aren't opening those emails. Data out this week from Yes Lifecycle Marketing found that just over half (55%) of consumers aren't opening marketing email because of inbox overload - or consumers simply having too much email in their inboxes. >>
