Ad Roundup: Solutions for data, billing

In today's advertising roundup, two new data solutions and a billing option that will give digital brands more flexibility.

First, Segment has released Segment Sources, a new tool that allows brands to combine Facebook and Google advertising data with customer data. With this, marketers can build customized segments and audiences to better target ad campaigns.

"Segment Sources for Facebook Ads and Google Adwords pulls data directly from the Facebook Insights and Adwords Reports APIs, schematizes the data, and loads it into your data warehouse (Amazon Redshift or Postgres) with just a few clicks! No .csv shenanigans, futzing around with a bunch of APIs, or iterating on hacky scripts," writes the company. "The new sources empower marketing teams like yours to build analyses that help you optimize ad spend and creative."

And Aria Systems has released the new cloud billing tool, Aria Crescendo. The new tool offers brands additional choices in how they approach billing clients and paying for goods and services.

Meanwhile, Metamarkets has released the Metamarkets API, a tool which allows businesses to automatically pull data into their systems.
