SMB Roundup: 3 tools to track customers

In today's small business roundup, three new releases that should help brands get a better handle on customer and call data.

First, DialogTech has released SourceTrak 3.0. The new solution gives businesses the ability to track calls with full attribution data, including search keywords, referring websites and digital ads.

"Inbound phone calls are one of the strongest buying indicators in any customer journey," said Irv Shapiro, CEO of DialogTech. "We engineered SourceTrak 3.0 to enable enterprise marketing teams and agencies to optimize digital campaigns for calls using the same martech solutions and processes they already use for clicks."

Meanwhile, MBlox has launched Atlas, a new messaging infrastructure. Atlas offers brands stronger back-end data while assuring brands their messages are sent using reliable and secure routing.

And NetElixir has released the LXRPlugin. The new plugin gives brands access to actionable customer insights; it offers device level search analysis, hourly query and purchase pattern data as well as geo-level distribution analysis.
