Ad Roundup: Platforms for sales, ecommerce

In today's advertising roundup, a trio of releases that should help brands and sales people connect with consumers.

First, Bazaarvoice and BzzAgent have partners to connect retailers with their shoppers where they shop. Called BzzReviews Pro, brands can utilize customer content - like reviews - across a network of in-market consumers.

"Marketers increasingly understand the importance of product reviews in driving consumer adoption and purchase conversion in the channel, and want a solution that simultaneously deepens their relationship with consumers from Day One," said Loran Gutt, Vice President of Product Strategy at Bazaarvoice. "BzzAgent has a longstanding reputation for generating quality content through their strong network of advocates, which makes them an ideal partner for a program that relies on building authentic review volume ahead of launch."

Meanwhile, Brainshark has launched Brainshark for Coaching, a video-based platform that offers sales pros an assist in pitching so that they can convert more sales. Users can create individual or team challenges, managers can review performance and both sales representatives and managers can see challenge statuses from a dashboard.

And Conversion Logic has updated their XC Logic Platform. The additions include the ability to switch between how data is viewed, channel toggled and a unified cross channel baseline, giving brands better insight into campaigns and performance both on- and off-line.
