First, Snaps has launched the new Conversations tool; the new offering gives retailers and brands the tools to engage directly with consumers through mobile messaging apps. The release supports Facebook Messenger; Snaps plans to add integrations with Kik, Tango and other mobile apps soon. The conversations tool is currently in Beta.

And Just Flowers.com has selected BlueConic to improve their data collection efforts. Through the partnership BlueConic’s platform will connect customer data points throughout the purchase journey.

Meanwhile, Airbiquity has launched partnerships with Alpine Electronics and Arynga. The Alpine partnership will make Airbiquity the infotainment provider for their Restyle aftermarket automotive dashboard systems while the Arynga partnership will use Airbiquity to provide cloud-based software updates to car systems.
