Ad Roundup: Platforms ease customer experience, preferences

In today's advertising roundup, four new releases that should make it simpler for brands and retailers to engage with customers around the globe.

First, Azuqua has launched a customer service solution that allows businesses to integrate data that was previously siloed. Called Azuqua for Customer Success, the platform gives brands better access to customers' needs to enhance their experience. The company has also joined Gainsight Technology; the move will make Azuqua's platform available for Gainsight customers.

"Customer success professionals have daunting data management and status tracking challenges," said Matt Shanahan, CMO at Azuqua. "By partnering with Gainsight, we're able to to automate manual data entry and keep everyone up-to-date on critical changes in status."

And Vungle has launched their software developers kit for Windows 10, this gives Windows developers access to global solutions for monetization and user acquisition.

Meanwhile, Shotfarm has launched the Switches Marketplace. Through the platform, manufacturers can create customized "switches" based on unique product data and delivery requirements. Those switches are then formatted and published according to retailer site preferences.
