Mobile Roundup: Tools for engagement, content

In today's mobile roundup, two new tools which should set brands up to better engage consumers in the mobile space.

First, MobileBridge has rolled an advanced content creation tool designed to give marketers the ability to tie engagement with usage patterns with mobile loyalty programs; the tool uses rotating product images within content like polls, content and games. According to the company, some brands have seen performance increase between 40% and 70% as consumers move through the customer journey.

"[One] retailer enjoyed strong engagement and conversion rates because they offered personalized content which was timely, fun and relevant to the user's preferences, profile and location," said Eyal Oster, CEO and Founder, MobileBridge.

Meanwhile, MediaBrix has re-engineered their platform to add more contextual and sensory aspects to their platform; the platform uses 'emotional moments' to deepen customer engagement through mobile devices.

"Mobile advertising helps us reach our consumer base while they are engaged in-app, so our campaigns have higher visibility with a captured audience," said DJ Perera, Director Consumer Marketing, Merial. "With MediaBrix, we had the flexibility to create custom content that was relevant to the consumers experience within the app. By connecting with them during pivotal moments in a premium environment, we are building brand awareness and forming bonds with consumers that we can nurture over time."
