Ecomm Roundup: Integrations to give retailers more options

In today's ecommerce roundup, a host of commerce-based integrations and partnerships should give online retailers more choices when it comes to powering their shopping experience.

First, XpressBuy has integrated with ecommerce platforms Demandware, IBM WebSphere Commerce, Shopify and Magento.

"Unlike most Buy Button technology available today, XpressBuy is the 'Open Choice' for marketers seeking to include a Buy Button across a wide range of platforms - including mobile ads, content sites, social media, catalogs, messaging, email and SMS. Additionally, the retailer remains the merchant of record, so there is no risk of handing over critical customer relationships to a third party," said Murali Subbarao, XpressBuy's CEO and founder. "By integrating with four Commerce platform leaders, XpressBuy is now accessible to more than 10,000 retailers, which is ultimately what will drive adoption industry-wide."

And Bigcommerce and Boostable have partnered to create an automated platform for retailer to serve ads through Facebook and Twitter. The platform allows brands to create, optimize and launch social media ads for Facebook and Twitter.

"The global reach of social platforms like Facebook and Twitter present a massive opportunity for our merchants to promote their products and attract new customers," said Tim Schulz, chief product officer for Bigcommerce. "This unique, integrated advertising solution is an example of how we continue to invest in building the industry's best platform for merchant success with a comprehensive set of tools designed to help our clients grow and scale their business."
