First, Sysomos and DataSift have partnered to give marketers more insight into the social space. Through the partnership DataSift will push their Facebook Topic Data to Sysomos clients. Used with Sysomos' MAP and Heartbeat products, this should give social brands much more insight into the space.

"More than 1.4 billion people use Facebook to engage with what interests them and well over half visit Facebook every day," said Lindsay Sparks, CEO, Sysomos. "The crucial addition of Facebook topic data to the Sysomos platform will enable marketers, advertisers and agencies to better understand customers; reach new, relevant audiences; and more importantly, deliver more relevant customer experiences."

Meanwhile gShift is set to acquire Austin-based SiteCondor. The acquistion will give gShift clients the ability to audit their websites to enhance the customer experience and overall web performance as well as offer insight into website content and its performance.

"The acquisition of SiteCondor is a significant step forward in our strategy to empower digital marketers to fully maximize their investments in owned and earned media," said Krista LaRiviere, cofounder and CEO, gShift. "Today, we've taken our platform to a new level. One which enables agencies and brands to more effectively compete by providing critical insight into their web presence, which informs their digital marketing strategies."

And Wix has rolled out the MyAccount platform, a system giving small businesses integrated CRM options through a single dash. Using MyAccount SMBs can college/manage contacts, create and distribute email campaigns and use Smart Actions to automate some communications.

"Leveraging the web to maximize a small business' growth is a big challenge that previously required multiple standalone and costly tools. Managing so many systems was overwhelming and time consuming," said Nitzan Achsaf, Head of My Account Product, Wix. "To solve this, we packaged essential components that small business owners need, giving them one powerful and easy to use platform from which to manage and grow their businesses online."
