Ad Roundup: Platforms to personalize content

In today's advertising roundup: a trio of releases setting up publishers and marketers to serve more relevant, personalized ads to consumers.

First, PowerInbox has released RevenueStripe, a new tool that gives both publisher and marketers to match content to consumers based on the device being used, the time, location and past user behavior.

"Based on our proprietary email marketing technology and experience engaging users via email, PowerInbox is uniquely positioned to manage content recommendations in this channel," said Jeff Kupietzky, CEO, PowerInbox. "The success of our RevenueStripe content recommendation solution has been validated by the multitudes of brands working with us, and we're pleased that they are seeing higher engagement along with a new source of revenue."

And SumAll has released the Audience Boost tool, which uses brands' email lists to engage with social media, specifically Instagram. The tool builds a brand's Instagram followers using their existing email lists to identify, follow and engage consumers who are interested in a businesses products or services. The lists remain confidential and can be imported from major providers like Constant Contact and MailChimp.

"SumAll Audience Boost is the opposite of a click farm: it strictly focuses on real people who already engage with your brand and care about what you sell," said Dane Atkinson, CEO, SumAll. "These followers are most likely to purchase your products and share your content with their own followers. SumAll Audience Boost is all about finding and connecting with this valuable community."

Meanwhile 33Across has launched The Real Platform, which they say guarantees 100% human viewability. The platform includes Real Display and Real Impact marketplaces.
