Mobile Roundup: Added tools for mobile platforms

In today's mobile roundup: a new tool to help brands engage via both mobile and email, and an acquisition that gives brands access to global data.

First, Iterable has added push notifications to their platform. The new push notifications give mobile brands to 'push' marketing messages through both mobile and email options. The solution also gives brands access to event-based mobile pushes that can be personalized to better engage mobile consumers.

"We are now a service that lets marketers building integrated drip campaigns using two fo the most effective communications channels with the highest ROI's to reach customers. It's simply a killer combo for maximizing user engagement."

Meanwhile, AppLift has acquired Bidstalk, a self-serve RTB platform. The acquisition gives AppLift users will be able to access Bidstalk's programmatic benefits; their programmatic bidding capabilities will be integrated within the DataLift tool.
