Ad Roundup: Partnerships to strengthen ad offerings

Partnerships are behind today's advertising roundup - three partnerships new to the online space could set up online marketers with better customer data while helping to control costs.

First, for the small business space, Constant Contact and Endurance International Group are partnering on a new email solution. Through the partnership Constant Contact's toolset will be available for Endurance marketers to use within their email campaigns.

"For small businesses, having one place to go for all their marketing needs is a huge win," said Christopher M. Litster, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Constant Contact. "Our research shows that small businesses find their websites and their email marketing to be two of the most effective components of their marketing mix. Bringing these two key elements together within the Endurance platform helps small businesses get their marketing up and running that much easier."

And adMarketplace is partnering with AutoWeb; adMarketplace provides targeted, paid search options withint AutoWeb's platform. AutoWeb is a landing place for millions of in-market auto buyers.

"Almost every person searching on AutoWeb is looking to buy a car soon. Vertical search engines drive qualified audiences, which result in excellent advertiser performance. Our data shows that advertisers running offers on AutoWeb are hitting or exceeding goals across a variety of performance indicators," said adMarketplace CEO Jamie Hill. "We're excited that AutoWeb is part of our network, and we look forward to growing their business substantially."

Finally Red Hat and 3scale have partnered on a solution geared toward those brands in the API space. Their solution integrates the 3scale API Management Platform with Red Hat's JBoss Middleware making the development and deploying of application's more seamless; the partnership is also said to quicken the time to market.

"3scale is committed to making it easy to get full visibility into, and control over, assets accessed via APIs. Our joint effort with Red Hat strongly supports these efforts, and provides a highly useful suite of complementary tools with the capabilities needed by service integrators and API developers," said Steven Willmott, CEO, 3scale.
