NRF: Holiday return fraud could cost $3.8b
While the 2014 holiday shopping season was a strong one for retailers across the US, the National Retail Federation is reporting holiday return fraud could cost retailers upwards of $4 billion. Their annual survey indicates fraudulent returns could cost $10.9 billion for the year while return fraud over the holidays could reach as high as $3.8 billion. >>
