Message Systems releases SparkPost

Small and medium sized businesses continue to have problems harnessing the power of email in their marketing mix. A new release out from Message Systems is set up to give businesses of all sizes an email advantage by opening premium level email options to all.

"Email is the most vital and universal communication channel to customers, yet today's cloud email service alternatives suffer from poor inbox delivery, limited actionable visibility into email delivery and engagement statistics and sub-par support services. We built SparkPost to turn the industry on its head and give all companies - regardless of size - access to the industry's leading email infrastructure platform."

Called SparkPost, the new Message Systems offering all business sizes access to simple API systems that optimizes email sending and delivery in a private cloud offering. The platform is built on the Message Systems Momentum platform, used by the likes of Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Twitter and Match.com.

The biggest problems email marketers face is that ISPs in Europe react differently to email messages than those in the Americas, Africa or Asia. SparkPost changes that because it harnesses Message Systems' Adaptive Email Network, a system that already understands bounce codes and sending rules from around the globe.

In addition, the platform offers email marketers four different ways to access campaign data - via streaming real-time webhooks, through Message Systems analytics, through an analytics API and via log file details.
