Ad Roundup: Tools to assist staff

This week a trio of tools are releasing to offer sales and customer service teams an assist. Details follow:

First, from D&B Hoovers, formerly Avention, an ROI Calculator that takes some of the guesswork out of Big Data. Their new release allows sales pros to evaluate sales team and individual performance to determine productivity. This kind of insight can also help teams become more productive, pointing out weak areas, reducing costs and driving more revenue.

Meanwhile ServiceSource has launched a customer service app via the Salesforce1 Platform. Through the app businesses can monitor customer 'health', or how consistently shoppers use products, streamline user experiences, create success plans to identify shoppers' product journey and create stronger engagement by interacting with shoppers in the way they want to be contacted.

Finally, today marks the launch of Brainshark's Sales Accelerator. The sales enablement platform offers sales staffs continuous access to content and insights through which they can interact with leads and customers.

Through the platform sales pros can quickly create video content, delivered in context to representatives; the platform also offers one-click sharing, simple search and detailed analysis.
