Bronto readies for holidays, DoubleVerify releases viewability tool

Christmas in July has been moved up - to June. Bronto Software is releasing their 2013 Holiday Resource Center a little early, which may be a help to etailers moving through the summer season, into the back to school rush and then straight into the 2013 holiday shopping season.

The Bronto Holiday Resource Center includes marketing tips for the holidays, month by month planning and research into retail systems.

"The fourth quarter is always the most important for commerce marketers and we've designed the Bronto Holiday Resource Center to help them prepare early so they can maximize every sales opportunity in the holiday season," said Joe Colopy, CEO of Bronto Software.

Meanwhile DoubleVerify and have partnered for a solution to increase online advertisers' viewability. While there are all kinds of tools to help brands create and distribute ads over the Internet, few programs address the issues of viewability - of consumers 'seeing' relevant, timely ads.

"Each online impression has one and only one opportunity to impact a consumer. DoubleVerify provides insights into the multiple dimensions of impression quality including viewability," says Mark Pearlstein, SVP sales and marketing at DoubleVerify. "The integration of DoubleVerify's ViewAssure solution into ad server decision logic brings viewability data to a new level by enabling optimization at the user level, in near real-time, maximizing ROI for advertisers spend online. Today's announcement strengthens's robust supply chain management capability as the market shifts to use viewability as a core KPI for online media campaigns."

Their joint product is called ViewAssure and incorporates existing DoubleVerify viewability products with's targeting algorithms to drive higher performance for online advertisers.
