ePrize launches native app SDK

App stores are increasingly crowded and add to that the fact many apps require users to click out and onto another channel and you can see how clunky apps can be. A new offering from ePrize may simplify the mobile space for some brands. New this week, the ePrize Mobile SDK, set up to drive app engagement for brands across channels.

One issue with the mobile space for many brands is that customers have to go from app to website to email or any combination thereof to reach the final destination - conversion. Through the ePrize Mobile Software Development Kit (SDK), brands can drive engagement across channels through the mobile app. This means shoppers or leads no longer have to login to the app, leave the app, go to a website and continue down the meandering path. Instead, they engage with the ad, content, sweepstakes or offer directly within the app.

Here's how it works: the brand integrates the Mobile SDK into their existing app. Once a users logs in to the app, promotion icons or banners appear, giving the mobile user a direct link - within the app - to the promotion or office. This keeps the consumer in the app and uses instead microsites that are optimized for the mobile screen.

"While apps are incredibly popular among today's mobile consumer, we often see brands struggle to keep the consumer engaged in their app," said Sara Kowal, VP of Product Innovation, ePrize. "With our new Mobile SDK offering, brands are empowered to integrate their multi-channel promotions and campaigns all within one native app; extending engagement to mobile devices and creating a unique experience for the consumer."

Once the Mobile SDK is integrated all branded campaigns are featured for the users; new campaigns or promotions can be pushed to the user as they become available. The brand can customize their app configuration so that returning users are logged in automatically, making usage more seamless.
