New offerings give more insight for online brands
An updated platform release from Aprimo and a new partnership between Claritics and CloudSquads are setting the stage for more simplified campaign launches and tracking in the New Year.
First, Aprimo has released a new version of their marketing management toolset. The Aprimo Marketing Studio (AMS) 8.8 is set up to streamline online processes, allowing brands to set up campaigns. The 8.8 version also features upgraded install and deployment tools. The solution offers a streamlined user experience, simpler data entry for financial tasks and simple report creation.
"With the complexity of many of our customers' marketing processes, adding flexibility and streamlining data entry can often yield significant benefits for our customers in terms of productivity and results," said Lisa Arthur, chief marketing officer for Aprimo. "As a recognized market leader in digital and Integrated Marketing Management, we've made sure that AMS 8.8 reflects the priorities of our customers. Whether they are using Aprimo for Workflow or Spend Management or Digital Marketing or all of the above, we expect them to reap large benefits from this release."
And from Claritics and CloudSquads, the Social Command Center is a toolset allowing brands to combine social media feeds with more traditional online metrics and CRM data feeds. This should bring a clearer picture of what is going on within a campaign. Social feeds from Facebook, Badgeville, BazaarVoice, Lithium and other sites can be integrated into the solution.
