ReachForce relases SmartForms to simplify online registrations

A new real-time registration form may help some business-to-business (B2B) marketers increase conversions. Called SmartForms and available from ReachForce, the forms allow for shorter forms but still include the integral information needed so marketers know how to approach the lead in question.

Shorter forms allow the consumer - in this case, other businesses - to offer the most relevant information without filling out pages and pages of forms. To date, shorter forms have been seen as not useful because important information was invariably left out. The SmartForms change that, obtaining the most relevant information and allowing the user to go about their business.

"SmartForms was launched in response to growing concerns by B2B marketers about the gap between the need to capture rich business firmographic information from new leads, and the need to keep registration forms short," said Justin England, VP of Business Development, ReachForce. "To leverage the many benefits of marketing automation software, B2B marketers need accurate and comprehensive data for nurturing, scoring, routing, targeting and segmentation. They also need to do everything possible to increase conversions. Prior to SmartForms, marketers were forced to make a lose, lose decision: shorten their registration forms to drive higher conversions, but go without this critical information, or require the registrant to complete too many fields, resulting in increased abandon rates and higher cost-per-lead. SmartForms bridges the gap."

Some early adopters have seen conversion increases of 40% while cost per lead has decreased by as much as 30%. Early adopters include Pinstripe, ReadyTalk and ELT. SmartForms are available on a subscription basis.

ReachForce offers cloud-based conversion acceleration software designs for B2B marketers; the platform is designed for inbound, outbound and database marketing initiatives.
