Demandbase release personalizes web experience

Personalized experience is a phrase that has been buzzing around the online ad space for more than six months, but in 2012 brands are beginning to see results from that personalization. A new system from Demandbase should give online brands even more insight into how consumers are engaging and interacting with the web - by offering a more personalized experience.

Called Demandbase Strategic Services, the new offering is actually a team of marketing veterans using technology to drive Real-TimeIdentification; this allows users to view traffic in real time to help convert more sales. Real-TimeIdentification plugs into already existing tools like content management systems Adobe CQ and Limelight or marketing automation programs like Eloqua or Adobe SiteCatalyst.

"There is tremendous opportunity for business marketers to increase their impact on growth, and our focus is to make our customers hugely successful in their marketing and revenue programs," said Amit Varshneya, Vice President of Demandbase Strategic Services. "We have created specific service models tailored to our customers' varied requirements, are confident we will be able to serve our diverse customer set with the very best solutions for their needs."

Another part of the rollout is the Demandbase Certified program for System Integrator partners. This program sends users through regular training programs so they know best practices and get better tips and tricks for the online ad space.
