ClickTale releases new suite of tools

New year, new tools. That is the story from ClickTale, which is releasing a new suite of tools aimed at giving brands more insight into what is - and what isn't - working on websites. The new tools should help online brands determine where the purchase funnel is working and where consumers are getting lost on the purchasing journey.

clicktale.pngCalled ClickTale Analytics Drill-Down, the first tool is set up to help brands optimize the form areas of a website. The tool helps to identify problem areas on websites - like difficult to complete forms.

Next up is the Conversion Funnel Segmentation tool, a tool that might be more important than many retailers would believe as we head into 2011. The tool helps brands filter and segment online visitors and even tells brands the different screen sizes consumers are using to view a website. This type of information can help brands to determine browsing behavior and may allow brands to 'see' how consumers are viewing them.

The Page Console tool will analyze a specific page of a brand's website to determine traffic trends and patterns while Page Player tells brands which pages are getting the most 'play' - and therefore need the most tracking.
