FuzeBox's TweetShare gives marketers more options

A new interface for social hub Twitter should give marketers a bit more control and input into the social world. TweetShare, a new platform from FuzeBox, gives brands and marketers the ability to publish content, promote offers or products, create conversational threads and use rich media within a tweeting world.

"We love Twitter, but it is very limited [for marketers]," said Patrick Moran, Chief Strategy Officer, FuzeBox. "TweetShare will take Twitter from a useful listening device to a way to truly engage consumers with a brand through compelling content."

The platform puts branded content into the Twitter stream, giving it a viral element by making the content interactive with consumers. Marketers can integrate online video, content and images but also gives users the ability to create polls, ask for feedback or create a list of followers. Brands can created branded pages, similar to the fan pages available from Facebook, but with the option to immediately send the TweetShare content to Twitter and vice versa.

Use Tweetshare to:

• Create a branded Twitter page to host and promote any type of content
• Generate a landing pages around events, promotions or contests
• Host an online media room with videos, presentations, images and PDFs
• Perform market research on new campaigns, post surveys on different topics and get immediate feedback from the Twitter community

"Content is still king," said Moran, "but conversations need some kind of context. We believe that context needs to be a piece of video or written content. The suggestion that people are going to come and seek brands out [in the social space] is not the best way to engage business. [With TweetShare] there can be a message from the CEO, an offer from the marketing department and a how-to from the product department."

Consumers can also contribute to the content by responding or commenting on tweets, content and video uploaded to the TweetShare platform. The platform is immediately available to everyone with a Twitter account and even uses the same Twitter account information.
