AMP Agency acquires Rock Coast Media
The addition of Rock Coast Media to AMP Agency's profile will give the online marketing firm a new solution: search marketing. Interactive agency Rock Coast Media focuses on SEM, SEO and social media.
"The web 2.0 environment is pushing marketers to rethink their digital strategy and they should have the ability to partner with an agency which can provide comprehensive strategic and deployment services under one budget, and optimize against it," commented Gary Colen, CEO, AMP Agency. "With the addition of Rock Coast Media's search offerings, AMP Agency rounds out its integrated social and display advertising solutions, allowing brands to leverage full scope marketing services alongside innovative technologies to maximize their online investment and extend the impact of campaigns."
In 2008, AMP acquired Fulgent Media Group, giving marketers access to integrated public relations and cross-marketing platforms.
As the Internet continues to fragment, marketers must consider various types of advertising and interaction to reach consumers in different dayparts, in different spaces and in different ways. Simply throwing up a display ad won't guarantee a purchase or improve brand loyalty, but integrating that display ad with a focused SEO push and a social media placement could.
