NetShelter expands to UK
Tech-media company NetShelter is expanding into the UK. The publisher network boasts 150 tech-focused content sites, reaching more than 90 million unique, worldwide visitors. This gives the company a unique branch for tech marketers, who are always looking for consumer engagement.
Since launching in 2006 the company has shown 900% growth.
"With the growth we've experienced we now have a significant opportunity to serve marketers on a global level with local market expertise," says Peyman Nilforoush NetShelter's Co-Founder and CEO. "We are pleased to have a highly seasoned executive like Darren Higham to spearhead our international efforts. Darren has a customer centric mindset and tremendous experience in serving the needs of technology customers and their agencies."
Technology marketing is a unique space in the online market. While most consumers consider themselves technologically savvy, the fact is that many are quite happy using only the simplest tech products - the basic features of a laptop or mobile device, for example. By targeting actual techies, those who eat, breath and sleep new technology, marketers have a better chance to engage and drive traffic.
Netshelter helps marketers and media buyers connect with tech buyers from the consumer electronics, mobile, IT/IS, web developers and gaming sectors.
Darren Higham has been tapped for the company's Director of Sales for the UK and Europe.
