Taleee gives etailers real-time consumer opinions

Ever wonder what consumers think of a specific product? Do you need more than one or two consumer opinions to make a decision? Consumer opinion hub Taleee could help by giving etailers and online marketers access to customer satisfaction ratings.

by Kristina Knight

Although there are other customer satisfaction companies out there, Taleee has set things up differently: they take the pulse of a product from across the web rather than from one or two websites. From that pulse Taleee determines a Universal Rating; in this way etailers can potentially better engage and convert consumers by giving them access to the thoughts and opinions of a large group of other consumers.

Because Taleee takes the pulse from across the web millions of consumer voices are considered and will impact the rating. This gives consumers a better idea about the product in question and gives marketers using the system another selling point: product satisfaction.

Just how important is a consumer's opinion? Invaluable when you consider that more than 90% of online shoppers look for ratings and reviews before making that purchasing decision. If a consumer can't find this type of information on a website, they will keep looking until they find satisfaction numbers, costing etailers without ratings sales.
