PubMatic launches ad platform for large publishers

Ad optimization firm PubMatic has launched a new platform geared specifically for larger publishers. Called PubMatic Premier, the platform is aimed at helping publishers making more than $5 million in annual revenue by helping them better control advertising on their websites.

Publishers using the platform can optimize campaigns by controlling advertising served throughout ad networks; this will help them maintain the image of their brand as they boost campaign ROI. Publishers can make quick changes throughout the life of a campaign to better engage consumers. At the same time, the platform offers a dashboard which helps publishers monitor advertising quality.

"What makes PubMatic Premier different is that it is a full service solution with dedicated team members that take the time to understand the needs of publishers they work with. Advanced Ad Quality Control, a major component of PubMatic Premier, will help to ensure that a publisher's brand is protected by not allowing ads on their website that don't meet their approval," was written on the PubMatic blog.

By keeping an eye on how an ad campaign is faring and being able to quickly change ads which are under-performing, publishers have a better chance at converting browsers to buyers.
