AdGent007, Digital Network Sales partner for Aussie, New Zealand audience
An Australian advertising company is partnering with US-based AdGent 007 for a new service that will allow marketers to follow their consumer base anywhere in the world. The partnership focuses on local markets, but with a twist.
For example, a Melbourne-based consumer reading the UK's Guardian newspaper would be served ads based on their location in Australia not based on the UK base of the paper.
Cameron Yuill, founder and CEO of AdGent 007, said, "Australian consumers today are looking to global web destinations for their news and information consumption. In order to stay ahead of the curve, advertisers must look beyond their physical borders to provide timely, relevant ads to their audiences. AdGent 007 helps advertisers better monetize growing levels of international traffic by matching them with their audiences at any entry point on the Web. The. . .partnership [allows] advertisers to follow their premium audience targets around the Web, creating a worldwide footprint for those publishers and advertisers seeking a premium audience."
According to the partnership Digital Network Sales will manage ad sales for AdGent 007's global network of premium publishers so that Aussie and New Zealand consumers will be served relevant ads. Internet penetration in Australia is one of the highest in the world at 75.9%, which gives marketers a vast audience with which to work.
