Advtise launches Geo-Bids platform
Want a little bit more from your next Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign? A new platform from Advtise could help by allowing marketers to geo-target PPC campaigns; the geo-targeting allows marketers to choose specific keywords depending on the city targeted with the ad.
Advtise's platform allows geo-targeting for any city, town or village in the world and from there allows marketers to choose keywords based on the city targeted. The cost of the keywords vary according to the location and size of the city or town targeted, giving marketers more control of the cost of their PPC campaigns. What this means is that keywords targeted to New York, New York will cost more than keywords targeted for Paris, Texas or Paris, France.
"Marketers can now make sure that the people they want to promote their merchandise to are located in the towns they operate, opening up the online marketing arena for smaller local businesses to promote online," was written on the Advtise Blog.
The platform allows marketers to track and control campaign budgets, measure ROI throughout the campaign so that changes can be made quickly and also measures click performance.
