Etology serves 500 million ad impressions daily to Europeans
With the economy slowing down both online and offline in the US, marketers are beginning to wonder how to convert more sales. The key could be to dabble in advertising outside the US. But, how can advertisers be certain that the online ad space they buy will lead to increased traffic or product conversions?
By advertising in an advertising network.
Of course simply advertising in an ad network will not guarantee higher traffic or increased ROI for product campaigns, but advertising in an ad network makes buying ads on the right content pages much simpler.
One such ad network is actually located in the US. Etology, based in California, recently reached a huge milestone: they are now serving 500 million ad impressions daily throughout Europe.
“Through international expansion and strong foreign revenue streams, Etology’s business model promises continued growth,” said Brock Purpura, CEO of Etology. “Our globalization and international market growth is critical to maintain our position as a leader in the online advertising arena.”
Marketers can choose several different ad units from thumbnails to commercial breaks; the ads can be created by marketer's own in-house designers. Ads are then targeted to specific demographics or regions and the campaign is begun. Throughout the campaign, marketers receive analysis to help them adjust the campaign quickly.
With the national economy slowing here it makes sense for advertisers to begin pushing a bit more revenue toward countries and regions where the economy is still going strong.
