Toolbar puts coupons at shoppers fingertips
If you want to attract more online shoppers, you want to give them a reason to shop online. The best reason is usually an offer - a percentage off, free shipping or a dollar off offer. Some shoppers will look for these offers for hours but a new tool could shave some of that "search" time - and bring more shoppers to your etailing site.
Online shoppers will tell you that finding coupons online prior to a purchase is a huge selling point for them. Receiving these offers via email is the traditional way to raise shoppers interest in a particular ecommerce hub, however, for consumers who don't want to be on mailing lists other options need to be considered.
That is where the Google Toolbar button from Tjoos, an online coupon hub, comes in. Rather than making consumers go to a specific coupon hub, search for a specific deal or rely on email communications consumers can enter a store name or product name into the toolbar option. Shoppers can search for a coupon directly from the store website, search for a specific store from another site or search for a coupon category - contact lenses, televisions or game systems. More than 60,000 online sites and products are in the Tjoos directory.
The Tjoos bots crawl websites looking for coupons and offer codes. Those coupons and offers are then uploaded to the directory. The bot even tests the code to ensure it works, another factor that will likely attract more consumers.
