Mobile ad network allows DIY capabilities
If you like to take control of your marketing plans, a new platform from Quattro Wireless could be for you. The new platform allows mobile publishers and advertisers the ability to create and publish content on their own.
Part of the GetMobile platform, the DIY center serves exclusive ads from the Quattro network to mobile publishers; it allows both publishers and mobile marketers to create, monetize and measure their mobile presence. The platform is bid-for-click, which makes it affordable for all marketers.
“What really differentiates our service is the exchange,” said Andy Miller, CEO of Quattro, Waltham, MA. “All of the inventory in the exchange is exclusive to us.” Miller went on to indicate that with more users logging on to mobile platforms each month advertisers should begin rolling out their mobile plans sooner rather than later.
Advertisers can also apply to become part of the GetMobile Network, which is currently delivering about 100 million impressions each month.
Mobile marketers are offered ad template for simple ad creation; these ads can also be used on other mobile platforms. Once a template is chosen the advertiser can begin building the content, can specify which mobile devices are preferred and can even target users within a mobile network. Marketers can target users based on geographic location and in some cases by demographic.
