Reclaim time with autoresponders

Reclaim some valuable business development time by cutting down on the number of emails you, or your customer service staff, have to personally address, while at the same time ensuring your customers are being appreciated and acknowledged.

At this time of the year in particular, there’s enough for online marketers to do without having to keep up with the constant onslaught of emails. The more email responses that can be automated, the better, and it will ensure customer communications don’t suffer during the busy periods.

Enter the autoresponder – a versatile program that provides email on demand to your customers and prospects 24 hours a day.

But that’s not all that autoresponders can do, there are now options on good autoresponders to “broadcast” messages to your customer database in a programmed and timely fashion. Here’s a few ideas for how they can be put to good use.

1. Timed distribution of subscribed newsletters.
2. Send product updates and associated links.
3. Send reminders.
4. Run an e-course or distribute an e-book chapter-by-chapter.
5. Provide consumer reviews.
6. Provide company information.
7. Run an online competition/quiz.
8. Provide trial versions of a product or service.
9. Implement a member-get-member program after purchase.
10.Distribute loyalty/reward account statements.
