Babycenter.com launches new parenting network
BabyCenter.com has expanded its suite of advertising solutions to include a plethora of leading parenting voices by partnering with Federated Media Publishing Inc.
Marketers looking to target expecting mums and parents of young children can now take advantage of a new network made up of the Internet’s best blogs and writers for expectant and current parents.
The network, called the “Baby Center Parenting Federation”, now includes 14 leading parenting resources including Celebrity Baby Blog, Dooce, SavvySource and Sweet Juniper.
“We believe in the value, both to marketers and to the audience, of strong, independent voices and the conversations they create online,” said John Battelle, founder and CEO of Federated Media, via a recent Clickz article. “Bringing those writers, and their communities, together with the most trusted site for parents will truly enable the kind of three-way conversation that authors, marketers and audiences enjoy.”
Marketers can reach their target audiences using various methods including conversational marketing and advertising.
