comScore introduces Conversational Media Report
Building a brand starts with, and continues to utilize, conversation. Now, comScore has introduced a way for marketers to measure the audience that conversational media attracts.
comScore is again leading the way with its introduction of the Conversational Media Report to help identify the characteristics of visitors to mainstream and niche blogs plus social networking sites.
Audience figures and the characteristics of blog users are to be made available by comScore as it adds to its already burgeoning suite of consumer behaviour measurements. comScore was also quick to tackle other new media technologies such as widgets and online video.
"With the creation and consumption of user generated Web 2.0 content continuing to grow at a rapid pace, our customers are requesting expanded reporting of consumer usage," said Dr. Magid Abraham, CEO and co-founder of comScore.
"The comScore Conversational Media Report gives the most comprehensive and accurate view of this market by properly accounting for heavy users of blogging sites.”
