Coremetrics testing behavioral email marketing tool

Testing of Coremetrics’ LIVEmail 2.0 has begun. The updated automated email marketing application will help marketers identify the right offers for the right recipients at the right time.

coremetrics%20logo.gifCoremetrics is teaming up with several top email marketing firms for a Fall launch of LIVEmail 2.0, an "dramatic update" to their LIVEmail automated email marketing application, which was first released 4 years ago. Those involved in the launch include Responsys, ExactTarget and eDialog who, between them, look after clients such as T-Mobile, Continental Airlines and Avis.

LIVEmail 2.0 combines the power of Coremetrics’ ‘LIVE Profiles’ and ‘Intelligent Offer’ tools to enable marketers to offer the most relevant offer to an individual or a targeted group. Such activities could include identifying and emailing recent product abandoners to entice them back or rewarding high value customers with exclusive offers.

"Combining behavioral targeting with email campaigns is key to relevant marketing," said Matthew Seeley, president at CheetahMail. "LIVEmail 2.0 provides the flexibility needed to target customers based on past behavior and automate that trigger process to ensure that relevant messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
